Rebrand Asset under new ownership & Increase Tenancy
As new ownership acquired this 3 building asset in Reston, we partnered with the leasing teams and branding consultant to reposition and rebrand the former Campus at Sunrise as an activated suburban place. Near the site of a former whiskey distillery, the new identity became Makers Point and the buildings were united by a biophilic concept of creating accessible spaces tenants across all three buildings can convene within.
