Position Title: Senior Project Manager – Interior Design

Qualifications that make you stand out from the crowd:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Architecture or Design and a minimum of 7 – 10 years of relevant experience focused on interiors projects; experience in the workplace, multi-family, retail, and/or hospitality market sectors is ideal.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred, but not required.
  • LEED or WELL Building accreditation preferred, but not required.
  • Works proficiently with AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, SU Podium, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office programs.
  • Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination including full document coordination with MEP, structural, civil, lighting, AV and landscape consultants.
  • Understanding of how spaces come together and the ability to create construction documents and specifications, with minimal supervision, that succinctly, thoroughly and accurately describe the work to be done.
  • Broad knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Team-oriented, with strong leadership and relationship management skills; willing to work collaboratively with project team members.
