INTEC Group promotes a corporate culture than consistently emphasizes: anyone can be leader. From the most junior team member to the most seasoned veteran, everyone at INTEC Group is empowered to choose their path and lead by example.
Josh Kieb is the perfect example of this. As a recent graduate, he has been an Associate Architect in our Charlotte office for only a short period time but is already making a strong impact. He was recently selected to join the AIA Charlotte Board of Directors as an Associate Director for 2017 – a position filled through nomination and voted on by chapter members.
John Mang, Vice President at INTEC Group, stated, “We couldn’t be more excited for Josh to be selected and voted in by the membership. As a firm, INTEC Group is constantly looking for ways to be engaged in the community. Josh’s pursuit of this honor is a living, breathing example of how each of us contribute to the pursuit of our corporate vision, To Enhance the Human Condition, by bringing his personal story to the design community. Congratulations Josh!”
Josh’s role as Associate Director is evolving but will focus on working with recent graduates and others pursuing licensure in Architecture. His responsibilities will include organizing collaborative study sessions and facilitating community activities to encourage involvement and engage with the next generation of architects. Josh added, “The design profession in Charlotte is a very tight community. I’m glad that I’ll be able help my peers communicate with each other as we continue to move forward in our early careers.”
We look forward to seeing the great things Josh will accomplish as he continues to enhance the lives of those around him! Stay tuned…
